Most digital products are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law, as long as the request is made in good faith and access has not been substantially used. Some products, such as live mentorships or limited-availability cohorts, may have specific refund conditions clearly stated on their sales page.

To request a refund, simply contact our support team with your order details. Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
